When I first came to see Aaron at Results Personal Training I was overweight, and could not do 5 push-ups. With
Aarons attention to detail and his personal guidance I have lost over 30 pounds, can lift a lot of weight, and can pop 30
push ups and more. He makes working out, not only pleasurable, but he places a "fun" demand on me. I look forward
to my sessions. The sessions range from 30 minutes on some days to 60 minutes on others. Aaron makes the time fly by introducing
various exercise routines and also our conversations on eating habits, nutrition, and cardio make it very worthwhile.
His knowledge of the muscular system is vast. He knows what exercises to do to help you lose weight, increase your strength
and what is even more fantastic is that they are designed for you as an individual. I recommend Aaron to all of my friends
and I would recommend him to you!
