Kettlebell Classes

Kettlebells have been used for centuries in Russia. Pavel Tsatsouline, a former Russian special forces trainer, brought kettlebell training to America in the year 2000 and it's now being embraced across the country by top fitness trainers, competitive athletes and ordinary folks who want results and are willing to work hard to get them. Working with kettlebells is a highly efficient workout.  All of the body's muscles are activated for a strength training workout, while getting your cardio in during a shorter time frame. 


 

Jungle Gym

Using Jungle Gym Suspension Training, (similar to TRX training) you will perform highly productive, functional exercises for the entire body, incorporating a lot of bodyweight training, and compound movements. The unique “unstable” design challenges you to adapt and stabilize yourself, which also forces you to involve your core muscles. The Jungle Gym exercises can be modified (depending on what angle you are training at) to provide a challenging workout appropriate for fitness enthusiasts at any level.

Kettlebell Fusion combines the use of the the Jungle Gym and Kettlebells for a challenging total body workout.

In this 45 minute session your abs, back, glutes, and hamstrings will get a hard core workout with stabilizing movements and strength training. This class will help you lift up, tone up and begin to look fantastic in whatever you're wearing. So what are you waiting for? Let's get started!

The results that you will achieve with us are real. The heavy bag that we use in our classes is a resistance tool. So you will burn body fat and increase your muscle, which will make your body lean and strong! Clients have burned up to 600 calories in 45 minutes of this high intenstiy class!

Boot Camp Classes

This is a full-body conditioning fitness program designed to challenge, tone and trim the body. Core strengthening drills, muscle toning exercises and calorie-burning moves are mixed together with motivation and encouragement to provide a fun-filled workout for a wide range of fitness abilities. Classes will be held outside as the weather permits.

Zumbatomic For Kids

This class will keep KIDS' bodies moving with a fun warm-up!  We'll then move from song to song with the best ZumbAtomic® music and routines.  We'll wrap up our class with a fun cool down.  Just like adults, the benefits of the Zumba kids Zumbatomic®– class are improved coordination, muscle tone, endurance and getting rid of excess body fat.
